Awards will be distributed to authors under 28 years presenting at the Symposium in order to celebrate Prof. Giuseppe Genon and his commitment towards young people environmental education.

Award to the best contributions will be assigned during the Symposium and delivered to recipients in occasion of the Gala Dinner.

Giuseppe Genon – Award for the best contribution on environmental engineering

In memory of Professor Giuseppe Genon, whose studies contributed significantly to the research in the field of sanitary engineering in Italy and worldwide. Particularly his strong passion for the environment defence has brought to the birth of the Politecnico di Torino environmental engineering group that, together with the other national and international groups, is fighting against the time for the environment preservation.
